Where, when, how? Ground School & Program Briefing

I am not familiar with what this Ground School & Program Briefing is. Is it mandatory for event not held by PDC? Let’s say the pacific raceway one on aug 18?

Where is this briefing (online)? When is it? What is it about?

I have signed/joined/registered (well everything) and I still don’t have access to the track day event list (and a lot of other things I am sure).

I can’t find a phone contact either for guidance. Do you mind pointing me in the right direction?

I would be really nice to have a feature similar to motorsportreg somewhere on the website. This way there is a visual indication as to who is attending and possible how full each group is, I think with this anyone thinking of signing up will sign up before it gets full and if it is full then they now that they will be on wait list.

I thought it might be help full for those that signed up but is confused as to new process have a central spot to have questions answered or share experiences of the new process.

I will start off with membership which looks like you need to sign up for site membership first, then wait for confirmation email. Once confirmed and logged in you can then sign up for club membership.

To sign up for this event is a bit of a challenge as I tried but am somewhat in limbo. This is what I did, from the main screen, under upcoming events, click on the event and there is a sign in at the bottom which you can choose your run group and add comments, I choose green as that was the run group I was in the last time. Once you click on the registration button nothing happens, you get into an error screen. The next time you go back into the event under the event time schedule you will see “You have already submitted a registration request for this event (Registration Status).”

This is as far as I got, I am assuming from this point we wait for some sort of confirmation and payment email from the club.
